The specific services, deliverables, and scope for any engagement are defined in a separate service agreement confirmed in writing with each client before work begins.
4. Pricing, Payments, Discounts, and Promotional Offers
Standard pricing for services is quoted on a per-project or per-month basis depending on the engagement. Promotional offers, including the Black Friday 2026 offer, are subject to specific terms, availability, and eligibility. Unless otherwise stated in writing, promotional discounts do not apply to ongoing subscriptions, third-party advertising spend, domain registrations, paid software licenses, or third-party API costs.
5. Black Friday 2026 Six-Month Promotional Package
The Black Friday 2026 promotional offer provides 50% off the agreed monthly growth plan for six months. The standard monthly price is $4,000/month; the promotional monthly price is $2,000/month. The standard six-month total is $24,000; the promotional six-month total is $12,000, representing $12,000 in total savings. The promotional rate requires a six-month commitment. The specific services, deliverables, and scope included in the growth plan are confirmed with each client before the service agreement is finalized. The offer is limited to the first 15 eligible customers and is available from November 15, 2026 through November 27, 2026, or until all 15 spots are claimed, whichever comes first.
6. Client Responsibilities and Required Information
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information, access, and materials reasonably required for the delivery of services. Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines and deliverables.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, client-owned content and materials provided to MR Web Solutions remain the property of the client. MR Web Solutions retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently. Specific intellectual property terms for each project are detailed in the applicable service agreement.
8. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
Services may involve third-party platforms, tools, and integrations. MR Web Solutions is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services. Clients are responsible for any third-party fees, including advertising spend and software subscriptions.
9. Warranties, Disclaimers, and Limitations of Liability
Services are provided on an 'as agreed' basis. MR Web Solutions does not guarantee specific business, marketing, or revenue results, as outcomes depend on factors including the client's business, market, budget, competition, and implementation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR Web Solutions' liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
10. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with its terms. The Black Friday 2026 promotional rate requires a six-month commitment as described in the service agreement. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees or obligations, are specified in the individual service agreement.
11. Changes to These Terms
MR Web Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
